Relate began implementing Penelope as the case management system for use by its hundreds of staff members across the country in 2008, and have been using it since with impressive results. "Our counsellors have full access and can update their cases, manage their appointment types and availability, and even book their own leave.”
The adoption of Penelope helped improve staff collaboration and enhanced scaling of operations. For example, in one year Penelope helped Relate:
